Coarsely chop 2 bananas. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Freeze for 30 minutes or until partially frozen.
Blend ¼ cup peanut butter, frozen banana and milk until smooth.
Thinly slice remaining banana. Spread a wide strip of remaining peanut butter inside each serving glass. Pour banana mixture into glasses. Top with remaining sliced banana and chopped chocolate.
