Preheat an air-fryer to 180°C. Remove beef from packet, reserving sauce sachet. Line the air-fryer basket with baking paper. Cook beef in air-fryer for 25 minutes or until hot.
Meanwhile, place vinegar and sugar in a bowl and stir until dissolved. Add onion and radish. Set aside for 15 minutes to pickle. Drain.
Transfer beef to a bowl. Using 2 forks, shred meat into chunks.
Spread bun bases with aioli. Top with salad mix and beef. Drizzle with reserved sauce. Top with pickled onion mixture. Sandwich with bun lids. Serve.
