Get the pasta cooking as per packet directions or however you like it.
Cut the bacon into 2cm -2cm pieces and put them in a frying pan over medium - high heat.
Begin cutting the spring onion stems into roughly 1 cm bits and add them to the bacon pan once it is done, for just a minute or 2.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it back in the pot over a low heat.
Add the cream and the eggs and stir thoroughly. Begin adding the cheese (you can add as much or as little as you like), bacon and spring onion and then add in salt and pepper to your liking. Stir until completely combined and the sauce has become thicker and serve.
