Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, tossing, for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl.
Add stock to pan and bring to a boil. Add beans and garlic to pan and cook, tossing, for 2 minutes or until heated and stock reduces.
Combine honey and soy sauce in a small bowl. Return chicken to pan along with honey mixture and cook, tossing occasionally, for 2 minutes or until cooked and hot. Add rice. Drizzle with chilli. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Toss to serve.
