Place chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 5 minutes, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, or until crumbly and caramelised. Transfer to a plate. Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, split vanilla bean. Place vanilla bean, strawberries and icing sugar in a bowl. Set aside for 30 minutes to macerate.
Place mascarpone and yoghurt in a bowl. Whisk until soft peaks form.
Spoon mascarpone mixture into serving glasses. Top with strawberry mixture and caramelised chocolate crumb. Serve.
