Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease a 26×30cm (3cm-deep) baking tray.
Place onion, garlic, thyme and stock in the baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes or until onion has softened. Add meatballs and spray with oil. Bake for 25 minutes or until meatballs have browned.
Blend cornflour with Worcestershire sauce. Stir into the liquid in the tray. Arrange broccolini and peas on top. Bake for 5 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and broccolini is bright green and tender. Top with spinach. Serve with bread.
